Fresh Start is the longest existing Private Provider of Residential
Social Care in Ireland with numerous centres throughout the Leinster
and Munster regions. We have a proven track record in delivering
positive outcomes for the children and young people we look after.
Fresh Start works in partnership with TUSLA Child and Family Agency
and the Northern Ireland Health & Social Care Trust to implement
individualised care packages for all children and young people
availing of the service. Each Centre provides therapeutic care
programmes for children and young people who present with a variety of
needs. The needs and views of the children and young people we look
after are central to the work we undertake. We are now recruiting for
the following positions:
REGIONAL MANAGERS X 2 ? FULL-TIME
ESSENTIAL
* Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 8 Degree in Social Care
or equivalent.
* Candidates must have at least 5 years? experience in Residential
Social Care or a relevant Social Care setting with at least 3 years?
experience within a manager?s role.
* Candidates must have a proven track record in Governance and
Auditing.
* Candidates must have the ability to work within the framework of
all relevant legislation and guidelines (e.g., Child Care Act **Apply
on the website**, National Standards for Children?s Residential

* Full Driver?s license.
Salary will be commensurate with post-qualification experience. Salary
and benefits will be discussed with successful candidates.
It is envisioned that the first successful candidate will commence in
the Regional Manager post as soon as possible with the second
candidate to commence within four months after the first appointment.
This will allow for the development and rollout of these new positions
within the company.
